Helping Investors Maximize Freedom Through Short-Term Rentals

Rachel and Alex first moved to the North Shore in the fall of 2011 where they both attended Gordon College. After falling in love with the area they chose to settle down and plant roots in the area. 

In 2019 they caught the real estate bug with the purchase of their first investment property in Gloucester. Since then, they have continued to expand their knowledge and experience in real estate with the acquisition of additional properties throughout the North Shore. In September 2021 Rachel participated in a Short Term Rental mastermind course which gave her the tools and education to begin managing an Airbnb for an investor in Salem. 

 

After a booming Halloween season, Rachel saw the incredible potential to maximize investors' revenue with short-term rentals in the area. So in the spring, they began partnering with other local property owners interested in increasing their revenue without putting in the extra time and effort, and Shore Way Management was formed! 

Rachel and Alex live in Manchester by the Sea, MA with their 2-year-old son, Noah, and their dog, Lucy.
